Hier findest du meine Arbeitsbedingungen (TOS), alle Regeln die mit dem Aufgeben einer Commission bei mir verbunden sind.Thank you for your interest in my Commissions!

General Info
Um eine Commission bei mir aufzugeben schreib mir gerne über Twitter/X, Discord oder Email.Infos die in der Anfrage enthalten sein sollten:
+ dein Name/Username (Twitter/Discord/etc.)
+ deine Paypal Email Adresse
+ die Art der Commission die du beauftragen möchtest, incl. Extras
+ Eine Charakter Referenz
ggf. Posen/Mimic/etc. Referenzen und das Format der Commission (DIN Formate, etc.)You can commission me on Twitter, Discord or via Email.Things to include when commissioning me:

Keep it a Secret
Commissions werden generell von mir öffentlich behandelt, und könnten sowohl auf Social Media als auch in Streams gezeigt werden.
Falls du eine Commission explizit während des Arbeitsprzesses oder zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt geheim halten willst, nehme ich eine extra Gebühr von 10% des Gesamtpreises der Commission.Commissions will generally be worked on openly and could be shown on Social Media or on Streams.
If you want you want to keep your commission secret during the work process or up to a certain date even after finishing, I will charge a bonus of 10% from the total price of the Commission.
Commercial Use
Wenn du bei mir eine Commission in Auftrag gibst, mit der du in irgendeiner Weise Einnahmen gewinnen möchtest, musst du dafür die passenden kommerziellen Nutzungsrechte erwerben.Benutzung als Werbeartikel kostet einen Bonus Aufpreis von 70% des Gesamtpreises.
Benutzung als Merchartikel kostet einen Bonus Aufpreis von 120% des Gesamtpreises.AUSNAHMEN: Models und Emotes haben den Preis für Kommerzielle Nutzungsrechte im Preis schon mit drin und brauchen keine extra Bezahlung.
If you want to generate profit from a commission I made you, you have to buy the corresponding commercial rights.Commercial rights for promotional products cost an additional 70% of the total price.

Express Fee
Express Fee wird bezhalt, wenn eine Commission kurzfristig aufgegeben wird und in einem sehr kurzen Zeitrahmen fertig werden soll.
Je nach Zeitrahmen liegt die extra Gebühr bei 10-50% des Gesamtpreises und wir individuell bei Besprechung der Commission festgelegt.Express Fee needs to be paid when you commission me on a short notice and I need to finish the project in a very short time frame.
Depending on the time frame, the express fee is 10-50% of the total price of the commission and will be settled individually while discussing the commission.

Arbeitsbedignungen - Bitte vor der Bestellung sorgfältig lesenWenn du eine Commission bei mir in Auftrag gibst, stimmst du allen genannten Bedingungen und Dienstleistungen zuIch habe das Recht Commissions nicht anzunehmen (auch ohne einen Grund zu nennen)Bei Aufnahme der Commission lege ich den Preis fest und nenne eine Deadline. Es wird sofort eine Rechnung über Paypal ausgestellt, die bis zur genannten Deadline bezahlt werden muss.Die PayPal-Transaktionsgebühr wird vom Auftraggeber bezahlt und ist mit auf der Rechnung im Form einer Pauschale.
bis 100€ beträgt die Pauschale 2€
von 100-500€ beträgt die Pauschale 5€
ab 500€ beträgt die Pauschale 10€Keine Rückerstattung außer:
1) Du stornierst die Commission spätestens mit Erhalt der Skizzen Revision (80% Rückerstattung)
2) Ich storniere den Auftrag (100% Rückerstattung)Im Krankheitsfall und ähnlichen Situationen bin ich berechtigt die Deadline um bis zu 10 Tagen zu verlängern, in Absprache mit dem Käufer.Du bekommst von mir bis zu 4 WIPs zur Revision (je nach Art der Commission):
Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colour und ggf. Rendering.
NUR zu diesen Zeitpunkten kannst du Veränderungen beantragen. Alles was zu diesen Zeitpunkten abgestempelt wurde, kann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt nicht mehr geändert werden.Ich muss vom Auftraggeber als Artist von Commissions gecreditet werden.Meine Artworks dürfen nicht vom Käufer oder dritten Personen ohne mein schriftliches Einverständnis bearbeitet oder verändert werden.
Watermarks und Signaturen dürfen nicht entfernt werden.Es ist verboten aus meinen Artworks oder Commissions NFTs zu machen, Auftraggeber haben keine Rechte ihre Commissions zu NFTs zu machen.Auftraggeber haben keine Rechte meine Kunst/ihre Aufträge von mir als/für AI Art zu benutzen.
Terms of Service - Please read carefully before orderingIf you commission me, you accept all listed Terms and ServicesI have the right to not take a commission (without having to put a reason)When I process the order, I will determine the price and give you a deadline. A Paypal bill will be sent to you immediatly and has to be payed until the deadline.The PayPal Transaction Fee is payed by the ordering party and will be listed on the bill as a general fee.

from 100-500€ the fee is 5€
from 500€ and up the fee is 10€No refunds except:
1) If you cancel the commission when receiving the sketch revision at the latest (80% refund)
2) I cancel your commission (100% refund)In cases of sickness or similar situations I have the right to extend the deadline up to 10 days in agreement with the Commissioner.You will get up to 4 WIPs for Revisions (depending on the type of Commission):
Sketch, lineart, flat colour and if necessary Rendering.
ONLY at these points on progress can you ask for changes. Anything that is assented at these points can not be changed further down the line.The Commissioner has to credit me as the artist for any commissions.Commissioners or third parties are not allowed to change my Artworks/Commissions in any way without my written agreement.
Watermarks and Signatures can not be removed.Commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions for NFT.Commissioners DO NOT have the right to use my art/their commissions from me as AI art
